Founded in 1986 by W. Thomas Mulhall, we are now in our sixteenth year of operation. To better serve you and your customers, Secured Title has an office in the East End of Jefferson County and in Downtown Louisville, both with convenient access to free, on-site parking. We can provide closings on our premises, at your office, or in your customer's home. We are fully Internet capable and can receive closing packages through e-mail, modem transfer or from a Lender's web page. To assist our clients keep current with changes in the mortgage industry, we provide a free Quarterly Newsletter covering issues affecting our profession. Secured Title is proud to have been twice selected to share the Affiliate of the Year Award from the Kentucky Mortgage Brokers Association. Secured Title is a member of the Kentucky Mortgage Brokers Association, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Kentucky Bankers Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville and the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
